Salary : $21-23 per hour

If so, Donaldson, a leader in the multi-family property management industry, has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Leasing Consultant! We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant with prior leasing experience for a 570-unit residential apartment located in Alexandria, VA (Cityside Huntington Metro Apartments).
Applicant will be responsible for :
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a professional demeanor
- Marketing / Outreach
- Leasing apartments
- Property tours
- Resident retention
- Renewing contracts
- Data Entry
- Assisting with day-to-day operations
We are looking for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent closing skills be able to work weekends and some evening building events.
Yardi experience is preferred.
